HELP - Spawn Problem

There appears to be a problem on my server where when someone dies, they don't respawn at the spawn, but respawn in some random place in the world. How can this be fixed? Also, I'm using multi-verse.

Try the command /mv set spawn
Or try /setworldspawn
What is the list of plugins you are using?
