Help Spawning multiple blocks!

Title says it all. I'm looking to spawn multiple portal blocks in a 2 tall 15 long area as a sort of running through time effect. Any help doing this with only one command block? Thanks in advance, Green~

You can't. Nether portals can't go that far (and have to be taller) and using /fill won't work, because the game will place them, but that causes a block update, removing them instantly. So, sorry.
