The crash log says XujMod caused the crash. Make sure its the latest version it can be
With the stacktrace, I think its because immersive engineering is looking for a xujmod items but their classes are incompatible

i would say delete the mods. this happened to me about 7 years ago. a mod or an addon crashed the game.
