HELP! Tnt Cannons not working!

Hey guys,
Im having a bit of trouble getting my tnt cannons to work, as you see, when I go raiding on my server my cannons will not launch :/
I have tried in different worlds, different styles and even using different PCs and accounts,
I can make a working cannon on another server and in single player but not on my server, I have looked throughout different Configuration Files none of which include tnt (other than enabling it and which it has been enabled) I have posted a video to show what happens, I have factions and enabled explosions on there and also offline explosions, I have worldguard but there is no set regions,

In one of the config files (I can't remember which one but I think it might be the main essentials config), it uses tnt's ID to disable it. You can search for 46 in your configs (that is the TNT block ID).
