Help using the /fill command

I'm using Lunar client,and im using 1.16 for the minecraft version and it's very confusing can someone read my x,y,z coordinates and tell me the exact command(with required coordinates) so i can paste it into Minecraft?(pictures down below)

hint:
when you are looking at a block, you can use tab key to autofill the block coordinate that you are looking at.
/fill <xcord 1> <ycord 1> <zcord1> <xcord2> <ycord2> <zcord2> <block> <other modifiers>
using arrow keps (up) can show you the previous command, even it it's not functional

so next time look at first corner, do /fill tab tab tab and enter
after that go to the second corner and open up chat again
use up arrow to open up the previous command you entered
and then you can continue the command with another tab tab tab.

According to your coordinate, you should be using this command

/fill -312 4 229 -280 1 193 minecraft:grass_block
