HELP!! When I A User Uses A Warp or /Spawn It Glitches Out!

When a user warps, /spawn, or /home it has a 50% chance of glitching hard. Any one who can determine how to fix this can be made an admin in my server. My release is Nov. 1st so I'm freaked! The server name is EcoCityPlus!

How does it glitch? what plugin are you using for warps? (Essentials, MyWarp, etc)
