Um... I just used the CurseForge app to download a modpack and now I can't find my old skins, versions and worse, WORLDS!! How do I access my old stuff??

the original minecraft launcher you are using has all your old stuff, the curseforge launcher for minecraft needs to have the stuff you used in the original launcher.
heres where you get your stuff:
%appdata%
.minecraft
and you should see your old stuff

But if I open the launcher I have on my taskbar then it just opens the curse one.
