Help with custom entity model textures

I have been at this for hours to no avail. The textures don't appear on the model. I am going off of a tutorial found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD8gOqP6liU

Did you check which version it´s for? Because 1.15 just came out today and it might not work.

It's for Optifine (which hasn't updated to 1.15 yet)
