I bought a devil dogs server and I FTP to it and the McmyAdmin folder was deleted, so there for i can not connect to Mcmyadmin webpage and also my server would not run bukkit from when i started it. Can anyone help.

I would suggest contacting the host about your problems as they are the ones who are most likely to be able to fix it.
