Help With Factions Chat

Hello,
I have recently switched from Towny to factions. I used to use townychat to handle chat, but now with factions this will not work. I want to fix the general "uglyness" of the chat. For example the f and r before their factions and before their name. Actually the F and R is all I need removed.
Here is the pastebin of my server, although i havn't made any changes.

Disable any other chat plugins and use EssentialsChat if you aren't already. In Essentials' config.yml file, go down to the EssentialsChat area and add [FACTION] into the format setting not preceded by a hash.
here what is the ip i know how to fix that
