Help with hamachi plz

hi guys when i start my server with the ip hamachi give me and friends are in the network but my friends just say fail to join or cant reach in the server list wtf plz help if you do i will put your pmc name in the description on youtube with others who helped me by being other chracters in my story

And you sure they joined ur hamachi network, and they are using your ipv4 adress?

yeah even with the minecraft server port and they did join my network im sure
