PLEASE HELP, my hamachi server wont let anyone join (network is joinable but actual server is not) if anyone can help, please reply in the comments.

I removed the password from mine, but it has the same problem. My friend can join the hamachi network, but it says he can't reach the server in minecraft.
can everyone try and join this, its not hamachi but it would be a miracle if it works.
127.0.0.1 and name it ozclanserver

That's the default IP, its basically the same as typing localhost. Only you will be able to connect to it.
take your firewall of so ppl can join thats wt i did and look at my channel
Make sure in the Server Proberites it has the ip adress
