Help With Lagging! (1.4.4)

Hey, everyone. I've been experiencing some technical difficulties lately with my main world, Lunar Universe. It was originally my first world, Demo_World. It's been acting strange and it has been lagging a lot lately. I don't know what could have caused this majoy lag. I tried reseting my computer which worked a little until I started moving. Instead I will wait for the world to load, but what if that doesn't work? I've worked on that world since Nov. 4th.... has anybody had the same problem as I have? Thanks.

Well... we have exactly the same problem with our server. As we changed from 1.4.1 to 1.4.4 its quit often that we see "[WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?" we tried already to deactivate some plugins but nothing really helped.....
May it’s an incompatible plugin ore something in the Craftbukkit version...
