I keep having these sorts of problems ever since I got my new server. Land will glitch out and spawn in the wrong places. I'm talking about whole chunks in different biomes. They're also sometimes at a different height than the surrounding environment. Please help me.

That happened to me when my server died a while ago, and kept crashing constantly. Also happens when you force kill a server.

lol thats a messed up map. Could you explain how the map was generated? Was it on a server using server software, or did you copy the map from single player?
If its the server generating the map weirdly, try making a map in single player and transferring it to the server.

You probably have a bad seed. And the only real way to get rid of it, is to restart the map.
