Help with Minecraft graphics.

Hello. I have this issue with minecraft to where there are these really noticeable lines. I've done research on it. But they all say to turn aliasing off. Which I've re done many of times. So any help?
Might have to go to link. Forums cuts it out.

It might have to do with eather 32bit/out dated java and/or a out dated graphic card.
I don't know exactly how to fix it but on my pc, it does the same thing. Although on my laptop, it doesn't do it. Strange thing it is...
