Okay, hello everyone. Lately I downloaded some Mods for the Java version. but they don't appear in my minecraft, they don't run and they're just there. What should I do to make them work? :(

are they for the version that you are playing
hey do you have forge or fabric downloaded? and do you have fabric api? also did you put it in your mods folder, if you didnt then search 'how to mod minecraft (forge/fabric) for (whatever minecraft version)' :) hope it helps. What folder did you install them to and do you have Forge and a /mods folder?
