Help with new server

Hey guys I was thinking about creating a minecraft server. I'm not sure how many slots yet but it will be about 40 maybe. I wanted a unique server idea, not just a plain ol' hardcore pvp server. I want something that no one ever has done. I'm sure a lot of you have server ideas, and I just need some. If you do give me and idea I could make you a moderator or something. I'm not sure lol. But if you have any ideas just post here and thank you!
