Help with Optifine for 1.7.4

I've been having a problem with optifine (OptiFine_1.7.4_HD_U_C7) where when I download it and save it to my desktop, after I've clicked it, I don't get a window with the option to install it, it just opens the jar file in winrar.

If anyone knows how I can fix this I would appreciate it, thanks.

Thanks it worked, and for anyone wondering, the exact name of what you open it with is "Java(TM) Platform SE binary."
