Can somebody see what's the problem? I can't make it work and I use wordpad for the permissionsEX plugin. Because I gave myself the rank Owner but it doesn't give me the prefix or any commands.

UHeres my permission Ex this is how i set it up also remeber to sue notepad ++ for yml files o it can generate errors

I totally did not read this the wrong way. LOL
Try using notepad++ to edit YML files, and when you make a prefix, try this:
'&f[Member]&f'

The code seems to be alright. When you installed permissonsex, it should've come with modifyworld and chatmanager. I recommend installing these two, enabling chat manager in the config file (this should fix the prefix problem), then give the permission 'modifyworld.*' and 'build: true'
