Okay got a little further with the command now its giving me this error

I tried to give a flag to the users but it says this

Okay i did that when i set up the region and it was successful

ok i got world guard and it protected things but then limited players to not being able to open things
Did you do /region flag __global__ build deny?
It will make the whole world not buildable.

Download WorldGuard and protect regions or use Essentials.
so if i put the build option in do i take out modifyworld.*?
