Help with Plugins! Please reply as soon as possible!

Hello we are looking for someone to help us with plugin problems we have in our server
This includes plugins for: Factions, Groups [Ex: Owner, Co Owner, Admin, Mod],
and others. We have a problem with groups because when we are chatting the
Group title text dosnt show infront of the name. Ex: My IGN is texlaw and shows this
when chatting --- *texlaw: Hello! --- What I am is a Co-Owner so we expect something
like --- Co-Owner *texlaw: Hello! ---
