HELP ME WITH PMC downloding!

hello everybody.
Recently I have tried to make 1 of the minecraft maps[Single player] downloadable.
But when I try to click on the map in my saves it opens the folder up to things that say
data
DIM1
DIM-1
players
region
stats
level
level.dat_mcr
level.dat_old
session.lock
but I just want to get it in media file so It is possible to be put into a file

Get the worlds folder (should just be named "insert name here", and should contain all the files you listed above) and then .zip it.
