Well I've portforwarded correctly on my NVG589 router and shows it's up when I put the ip in but when I try to join or get other people to it dosn't work and I think I was able to do it only once (I can join just fine on localhost). My internet is really good so I don't think that's the problem. It says "java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information:" so I was wondering how I can fix this if it's fixable.

Have you tried Adding an exception to your server on your firewall? Any firewalls you have may be blocking access to the server causing this error.
