He strike'd it out because you can't upgrade a laptop. (not easily, nor cost efficient) but you can with a desktop.[/quote]
Wait how do you know that I am using laptop?

That's so weird man. I got worse specs than you, but I can record better.
P.S. I too have a laptop.

1. Turn all your settings down low
2. Stop any background processes on your computer, including internet
3. Consider getting rid of mods or at least install optifine
4. Avoid playing on servers with high amounts of people on at once
5. Use the default texture pack, or a low resolution version of a texture pack if possible
Hope this helps

Basically this if you cant afford to get a new PC or upgrade your current one
The only thing that won't have an effect on frame rates is the texture pack thing. Unless you're using a 64x (or greater) texture pack, then the textures should make a minimal (if any) difference on your frame rate.

1. OP said he can get FPS during Minecraft. He can only do that on PC. Capture cards won't help at all.
2. Get Fraps, buy it or even get OBS, then get the Adobe After Effectgs and render out every one of your videos. There will NEVER be a recording software that won't basically be lag free. You can also compress the files with handbrake (http://www.handbrake.fr) but yeah. Do not expect a recording system that does everything for you.

Ignore all these other people. What are your PC specs?

I'm not sure what specs are (english is my second language). But my proccecor is: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40 GHz 2.40 GHz

I have an Intel Celeron 1037U 1.8 GHz Dual Core PC, with 2 GB RAM and
a Generic Intel HD Graphics 874 MB Graphics Card. I got Optifine installed
and I have my render distance to 7 chunks.I got all my graphics down to low
settings. I use Fraps to record and I get a very stable 30 FPS in recording.
Maybe that'll help you OP.

I am getting 0-1 fps

Either your settings are too high, or your PC is a toaster. LOL

If you want better frames, you need a good ammount of memory, if i remember correctly minecraft runs of your processor speed and ram set. Trying to record also takes away alot of power that goes to MC, thus making frames worst. So best i can say it, mess with settings or get a better PC. cause trying to record on a potato is bad ._.

I would buy new pc if I had money.

As he said, you're also going to want to have at least 6 GB of RAM and a 2.5 GHz processor minimum to be able to record at a playable frame rate, as well as be able to get at least 150 frames in MC with ease WITHOUT recording. Your frames usually drop 30-50 while recording. So if you get 150, then while recording you'll get 100 or so.

Lol I do but I'm getting 70-80 fps in minecraft

Try to change your mc settings render distence lower graphics to fast that will probably work
