Help with server decision please!

Im currently changing my server from a factions server to a towny server and I was wondering what you guys think about this question
Should my server allow towns to raid each other or not allow griefing at all?
I thought i should post this here because the old server players and staff are pulling me left and right on this subject.

Yeah towny is a great decision. However, I wouldn't allow griefing. There are towny wars which allow you to do such things for a limited amount of time and can be quiet fun. It's up to you, I think griefing would make people rage quit though.
No greifing. It might seem fun in the first place but as soon as 1 group becomes bigger then others and keeps raiding all the other towns, all the people from the other towns will want to leave/quit because all of their hard work is gone.
