I appreciate it I ended up using Reward voting since all I wanted to give out was crate keys. Thank you though.

basically the story here:
What Ezacu actually wants is to give a "key" from crazy crates given to the player on vote. This can easily be done by adding a votesite reward.
Example

After this just creating a pmc.yml file under the rewards folder to set up all rewards on vote to get the key wanted.

- cc give <physical/virtual> <crate> [amount] [player]
Problem is not the plugin, but the way Ezacu approached setting this up and leaving behind some older unnecessary files causing multiple vote listener plugins to be installed.
So, after a while. Voteparty got removed due to having about 95% of the same functions.
As is, I see no reason to use voteparty if you have votingplugin. As that plugin can do (pretty much) all of it for free.
I definitely recommend votingplugin over voteparty. Because, well......"ben12345rocks" is the developer. His name does not give enough credit to his work. He works hard on this plugin and VERY active and helpful to everyone. On top of this, it's free and opensource.
Hopefully, this helps others looking for a solution like this.
