Heroes expansion help!

So i'm using lucraft core, heroes expansion mod, the fifth world, and DFHeroes addon, and I don't know how to inject the vials into myself! Please help. Link to DFHeroes: https://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/marvel-addon-for-lucraft-core-2-0/

First, you have to craft one of the injections :

Now you need to make a syrum bucket - these can be made in a boiler, so you need to make a boiler. Once you have one, for example, to make super soldier syrum, place : obsidian, blaze powder, sugar, fire charge, steel dust into the boiler and cook it. Put the syrum into a bucket and craft the bucket with the injector to fill the injector, now right-click with the injector in your hand to inject yourself.
My suggestion is to download JEI to see more of the other syrums. Find JEI here :
