I'm looking for that phone mod you can spot on famous films and Minecraft Five Nights At Freddy's, I've seen people say it's on custom npc's mod but when I download it it's not there, anyone know the mod?

That is iChun's CustomNPCs mod. Make sure you install Forge 1.12.2 and place the mod in your "mods" folder within the .minecraft folder. If the mods folder is nonexistent, simply create one.
This mod is only for Minecraft Java Edition. There is no Bedrock/Mobile equivalent, as those versions can not be modded.

Noppes_ is the one who made the mod, the items have been removed from that mod and put into it's own mod called "Varied Commodities"
