HiflexMC offers support to self-hosted minecraft servers, and minecraft servers who aren't getting support from their hosts. We provide all kinds of support from plugin suggestions, console errors to even creating custom plugins for your server, (all support is free other than custom plugins).

Job Openings?
Currently, HiflexMC is looking for volunteer members of staff to assist the team with the LiveChats, tickets and creating tutorials. These positions are open:

Support Agent
Mainly deals with general questions, forwarding LiveChats and tickets to Technicians as well as assisting with billing related questions.
- Must be over 13 years of age.
- Must be experienced with minecraft.
- Must be mature
- Must be able to assist customers over LiveChats and Tickets.

Technician
Mainly deals with technical questions, developing custom plugins for clients, dealing with errors and other minecraft server related support.
- Must be over 13 years of age.
- Must be experienced with running minecraft servers.
- Must be experienced with at least one of the following;
Plugins, Modpacks, Developing (Java or Skript), Configurations or BungeeCord.
- Must be mature.
- Must be able to assist customers over LiveChats and Tickets.
