Hoh do i install a server?

I have a crappy windows XP laptop made by gateway and i do not know how to make a server. You can tell me how to make a server or let me be co owner on a server made by you.

i am not going to give you advice, as you did not ask them nicly to tell you how to make a server, you told people, and nobody is going to let you be a co-owner on a server they made without you saying anything about yourself.
Go to minecraft.net and download the server .exe from there. Then you'll need to port forward the correct ports, there's plently of tutorials how to do this online. If you want it to be a bukkit server, go to the bukkit website, click get craftbukkit and follow their instructions.
