Hoppers not depositing Items
I'm trying to make an automatic item sorter in 1.13.1 but found out every few hoppers my hoppers wouldn't deposit, I unhooked it from the redstone and found out that it still wasn't depositing, its connected to the chest. I looked everywhere for a fix but im lost.

like I said, the hoppers aren't powered by any redstone, i've replaced and broken the hoppers, i've even relocated but still no results, but in SMP it works fine, so its either the server or a bug
Your screenshots don't really show us much to go on so I can only give a general hint: make sure that the hopper isn't powered by any redstone signals, because that will result in the hopper not working; so it won't pick up items nor push any into other blocks.
So if your hoppers don't work then I'm pretty sure it's because they got powered somehow.
