Is there a way to change the entire model? Say... into a wolf?

Would it be possible to change the model so that the horse could look like it's wearing armor when it isn't?

Is it possible to change the horse so that it can look like it's wearing a saddle even when it isn't?

to change the model you would need a mod. the rest could just be a texture i believe.

You could easily change the texture so the horse looked like it was wearing armour. Changing the model would be a little more difficult.
