Horses wont spawn in server? how to fix?
The world is originally from something like 1.3.2
But its currently running as 1.6.2 through spigot
For some reason or another when I try to use the Spawn Horse egg it just makes a horse sound and doesnt spawn a horse.
Whats going on? Ive even tried commands like /spawnmob horse and get no horse out of it.
The server difficulty is set to hard

No its not.
Ive tried in protected zones and not protected zones. I also tried other mobs and they spawn.
Just not horses.

maybe your in a region thats blocking mobs
