Host my own server
I have all the software to host my own server but I don't want to put my ip on the internet is there a way to work around this without using outside sources on the internet

If you are playing and hosting on the same PC your memory will be full if you don't have enough CPU core your PC will be almost unusable and check if your ISP allow port 25565 are open and if you checked all that take a look at CloudFlare use srv record in combined with freenom you can spoof your IP with cloud flare.
If you are convinced of that send me your server address and I will tell you it's IP.

There is a tool in Windows to unmask domains.

Why don't you just buy a host? It's cheaper than hosting your server on your on computer, especially that now there are a lot of budget / premium services for minecraft hosting.
