Hello,
I have bought a 6GB VPS at a hosting company, and ran many servers before. Tough, at a certain moment, I wanted to host a website next to my server, so I went to the domain of the server on port 8080. I found a site where illegal things were on, so I reported it at the hosting. Soon after, my server was completely crashed, and for five days already, they are ignoring me!
I payed about 200 euros in advance, all by donations and other things, but not with PayPal. A Chargeback'd be impossible and I can literally see my investments go away. Next to tens of hours of work, and good, friendly players, my server is offline.
What can I do about it? I tried to Skype call them, and they inmediately pressed ignore or something, because it all says "Call failed".
Also, there isnt a sign of the messages not being sent or received.

What's The Hosting Company?
Check your server log and delete the plugin that causes the server to crash.
First of all, it can't be my fault. If I get a 6GB server, and I use only 5GB RAM, because there's also Ubuntu running, then the server should be fine. Also, why can't they just write an email or send me a Skype message in that case?

And maybe they cant go there where it is hosted

The server crashed. I run on a VPS, pretty much dedicated. If the server crashes, they have to reboot it. Tough, they are ignoring me now...
how you mean by crashed ?
