How to Advertise a Server Efficiently
I help run a server, but unfortunately there are less people. Me and most of the staff have tried everything, posting threads here, minecraft forums, we paid for some advertising, have a YouTube video and everything. Can someone help if we're missing on anything?
Is there something blatantly obvious that there is something wrong with the threads I have created on here as to nobody replying? Check it out and tell me what's wrong with it here. Don't mean to advertise but I kinda want to know if I'm doing something wrong

Thanks! I'm not sure if it's on the server list, but I will make sure to tell the owner. I think our server is fine and everything on chat and explanations. It's pretty well setup after our "revamp." Not too many people visit our server but the ones that do, stay
Well PMC should be able to provide you a steady stream of players if you update it every day on the server list. However you need to have a few tricks up your sleeve. First of all an animated GIF banner that looks and works well is needed to attract new players. Second you need to be able to keep your players. Most of the times players leave because of a few reasons including the following
1.) a to complicated or overly colorful / crowded chat.
2.) there is not a well explained tutorial on how to play the server, make money and etc.
3.) they got bored...
