How Are Server Scores Determined?

Hi, I'm a staff member(very involved with voting) at the server Lorecase/TownyMC(http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/townymc-2483458/) and I was just curious as to how the server list on here determines server scores? Is there an actual formula somewhere for me to see?

On PMC's voting page. You should be able to see this:
Score = 1.5 * votes + .033 * days since server posted to PMC.
That's the algorithm that pmc uses to determine your score.
