Anyone know how I can check on my Vanilla server remotely? I run the server in Ubuntu terminal, I am curious if like when I am at work if I can check my log as if I was sitting in front of my server. Anything through like ssh and screen? Any ideas? It's be cool to just jump right into my server feed, anywhere I am! Please help.

For McMyAdmin, it runs a control panel where you can access the console, settings, etc. It does cost a bit, but it isn't much and is well worth it. :)

If you just want to use PuTTy, you can use Mark2 which is free. Vemacs wrote a good tutorial on how to install it on Ubuntu LTS.

Mcmyadmin (Console for bringing the server up/down and backing it up/loading backups and even for viewing the chat/chat history.0
Putty
FileZilla (For showing server files)

Do any of these help?

So how can I see through Putty what my server is exactly saying on my server's terminal? I am going to check out McMyadmin. On Putty, I only know the "cd" command and how to start the server. It would be perfect if I could pull up my server feed.
