How can I install a project in my server?

I run a server with my two friends and I would like to install this game in it: http://imgur.com/a/ykGFW
I use DaddyCheese to host, Multicraft for Controll pannel, Filezilla for FTP and Have only the Eseentals Mod installed. Some people have told me I need to use MCEdit to install this but I have no idea how to do that! Could some one help me?

john by the looks of it this is a map so u would have to download that world save and when it downloads a file for u make sure u name it world and replace the world in ur ftp client with that one and restart ur server and u should have the arena
now if its something like arena.jar just put it into ur plugins folder in filezilla and reload server then do /help see if anything new came up hope i helped :S
