hi guys, I have a server running at my house, and I wonder, when I am away, how can I control it easily? I use teamvieuwer now, but it does not work so well. :/
my developers also need acces to that server.

If you're suggesting that while you're away you have no complete access to your server at all then all you can do is prepare for the worst under any circumstances. While you're away you should entrust your staff (If you have any) to run things for you and properly while you're gone. If you don't have any staff make sure everything is backed up that way in case is something happens to you server you don't like you can just replace it with the backup. Also it might help if you turn on whitelist for your server and add only who you trust.
