How do u create custom animated banners for the servers list

You make them by using Photo editing software like PhotoShop which they also quite easy to make but somewhat hard for people that are not good with graphics which also you don't need to be good at graphics to make them just need to know how to edit photos and other stuff. And suggest learning how to make them but you can hire someone to make them for you which there are people that do them for free.
