How do I create endless rotating Armour stands?

Hello I am wondering how i create endless rotating Armour stands. It seems the old method of using /tp dose not work anymore. Plz help.

tp seems to work for me, using something like this:

If you want, you can use the /clone cmd. Set a redstone clock gate, connect it to the different command blocks (for example cmd block number 1 clones an armour stand facing north, cmd block number 2 faces north-east and so) you get me.
