How to create a jump boost potion?

I really need to know how to make a jump boost potion that lets you jump 2-3 blocks high. Can someone please answer?

You can't get jump boost potion except for Tmi, but beacons can give jump boost too.

As far as I know, you can only get a "Jump Boost" potion with TooManyItems which can be found here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/140684-14713w07a-toomanyitems-in-game-invedit-feb-15/
