How do I create a custom resource pack
I don't know how, I want to create a resource pack but I don' know how. Specifically, I want to retexture the Villager. So how do I create a resource pack for FREE and NO DOWNLOADS.

I mean, NovaSkin works, but like I said, you can use PMC's Skin Creator to retexture villagers. If you're Bedrock, there's some free apps that allow you to make mods and skins (Crafty Craft, but only mobile)

The only real way to make a custom one is if you download a software, I use paint.net but ive seen gimp be used
If you absolutely cannot use a software I recommend just going through resource packs and finding a good villager reskin one
