How do I disable certain graphics fixes for mcpatcher 1.8.9?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a mod or setting out there that can disable certain graphics fixes for mcpatcher in 1.8.9.

Weird question, I know, but I'm trying to replicate a bug I saw somewhere online, and I think this is what causes it. Just making sure.
