How do I make my bedrock skin into java?perm_identity

I have a Java edition of Minecraft and the skin I made here is Bedrock. How do I fix this so I may use my skin?

Downscale the skin to 64x64 either in PMC Skin Editor (I believe there's an option for that) or in any graphic editing program supporting transparency.

Note, that lower resolution skin might lose some details.

If it's an HD skin, then you probably can't. You can only do that through texturepacks.
