How do I reinstall Minecraft Launcher?

So I couldn't open Minecraft Launcher, and didn't have it open. I deleted Minecraft Launcher, then deleted from trash. I can't find anything online about how to reinstall the Minecraft Launcher. I kept finding things on how to reinstall Minecraft, not the Minecraft Launcher. I was hoping someone could help me with this problem.
