Find the open source on GitHub... or...
Install Eclipse and get
jdgui. Decompile the plugin with jdgui and extract the source from the
exported zip. Open extracted folder in Eclipse as a project located in
file system and search for the name of the plugin within the project.
Replace all occurences with desired name then export project as a jar
hoping you didn't rename a string you didn't need to.
Remember, Java is case-sensitive. Use exact capitalization.

Unless you are the one who compiled/coded the plugin you can not, even if you had the source code, it's against the law to rename a plugin unless you have permission from the original author.
