I've created a Minecraft server which I can join only if I use "localhost" on Minecraft servers.
I looked at tutorials about port forwarding and I don't understand how I am supposed to do it. Idk how to create the IP so other players can join.

Port forwarding is a hard and risky process, if you want a server for your friends to join: try using Hamachi, it's what me and my friends use to have servers hosted for each other from far away. Just look up "Create a Minecraft server with hamachi" and it won't be to long until you have a working server.
If you want to do this so other people (you don't know) can join, Hamachi wouldn't be the way to go. I recommend buying a server from a website so they can host it for you. Since Hamachi can only have 8 people at a time, and can get you hacked if someone really wanted to.

Tbh... in general, I wouldn't recommend homehosting. Some hosts are pretty cheap ($3-4 a month or less) and will give you infinitely better results.
Personally for my server I use nexril.net but there are a lot of good hosts so shop around a bit
