How do people create building tutorials?

i build a lot of things in Minecraft and one thing I've learned over my ten years of playing is that its never fun to build the exact same thing twice, always try to make every build of yours as original as possible. use new blocks that you haven't experimented with before. try out different color paletes. i hope my advice helps
